CoolSculpting®:
Coolsculpting® at dermani MEDSPA® is done using the newest Coolsculpting® technology. Fat cells are targeted as they are cooled.
A thorough FREE Consultation is the starting point with Coolsculpting®. This must be done to make sure the best possible outcome is achieved.
How often should I get a Coolsculpting® session?
Many people get Coolsculpting® done one time and see great results. Others do find a second or third session to be helpful. Results will vary from person to person.
Remember: this treatment must be done in conjunction with a proper diet and exercise regimen. Poor diet and lack of exercise will nullify any desired results.
What areas can be done with Coolsculpting®?
Coolsculpting® is best done on abdomen, flanks, thighs, under the chin, and the back of the arms. Please ask your CoolSculpting® specialist about any areas you would like to receive Coolsculpting® and they can guide you on the proper session for each area.
What can I expect during my Coolsculpting® session?
Your Coolsculpting® first free consultation will last about 30 minutes as we help you assess the best plan. At the follow up session, you will need to plan on at least one hour for the actual treatment. We are able to significantly reduce treatment times as we have two devices in the office so we can “dual sculpt”.

Skin Tightening
Skin tightening at dermani MEDSPA® is done using Radiofrequency technology. Skin and underlying fascia is strategically heated to target cellulite and wrinkles.
Skin tightening is recommended in a series of at least 6-8 treatments done once per week. Our Skin Rejuvenation members can apply their monthly session to receive one of these services as well. Skin Rejuvenation members also pay only $55 for the remaining weekly sessions during that month! Touch-up treatments can then be performed once or twice per year. Results will vary from person to person.
You can come in and try skin tightening with our single session pricing, however this is not recommended. We have made skin tightening very affordable for our clients that participate in our Skin Rejuvenation membership.
Skin tightening must be done in conjunction with a proper skincare regimen. Sun exposure, environmental elements, and poor skincare will nullify any desired results.
Each of these will be considered one area to be treated in one session: eyes, neck, cheeks, mouth, or back of upper arms.
How often should I get a Skin Tightening session?
Most people will receive skin tightening sessions once per week for 6-8 weeks. Results will vary from person to person.
What areas can be done with Skin Tightening?
Skin tightening is best done on areas that simply need skin tightening while not affecting the underlying fat cells. These areas include the eyes, neck, cheeks, mouth, and back of upper arms. Please ask your esthetician about any areas you would like to have skin tightening performed and they can guide you on the proper session for each area.
What can I expect during my Skin Tightening session?
Your skin tightening session will last approximately half an hour. You will lay back and the Georgia licensed Laser Practitioner will perform the skin tightening treatment using one of our professional grade FDA cleared devices. Skin tightening feels similar to a hot stone massage during the session.
