Many people receive dermaplaning once per month or in conjunction with another service.
Dermaplaning can be done on almost any part of the body. It is typically done on the face and neck. Please ask your esthetician about any areas you would like to have dermaplaning and they can guide you on the proper session for each area.
Your dermaplaning session will last approximately 30 minutes. You will lay back and the esthetician will perform the dermaplaning procedure using a professional grade sterile scalpel.

It’s normal for your skin to feel sensitive following your treatment, so you’ll want to avoid further irritating it. That’s why we recommend waiting at least four hours before washing your face to give it time to calm down.
When washing your wash, use a gentle cleanser and warm water. Avoid hot water, exfoliants, and abrasive products.
Applying makeup too soon after your dermaplane facial could cause infections or breakouts. We advise waiting at least 24 hours before putting makeup on so that your skin has time to rest and recover from the treatment.
Once you decide to apply makeup, be gentle and avoid using harsh brushes or sponges that could irritate your skin.
Our dermaplane facials typically take around 20 to 30 minutes. During this quick, in-and-out procedure, our board-certified professionals will review the process with you, provide you with aftercare instructions, and answer all of your questions. Then, they’ll wash and dry your face and begin the procedure.
