With our pay-per-visit option, our SkinPen® microneedling session is $350 per visit, and our Premium SkinPen® with PRP is $650 per visit. The PRP treatment is a more advanced procedure that uses your blood extract to stimulate collagen-producing cells called fibroblasts.


Now, if you’d like to schedule more frequent skincare treatments, we recommend joining our monthly membership program, which unlocks even bigger discounts. As a member, you’ll pay just $175 for a SkinPen® microneedling session and $475 for a Premium SkinPen® with PRP.

PREMIUM SKINPEN® MICRONEEDLING WITH PRP OVERVIEW

Platelet rich plasma (PRP) is an extract of your own blood that contains three to five times more platelets, growth factors, and active proteins for tissue repair. When PRP is placed back into the skin by micro-needling, it releases growth factors and initiates a localized stem cell response. Over the weeks following treatment, this stem cell response recruits collagen-producing cells called fibroblasts. The fibroblasts replace tissue that has been damaged or lost through the aging process with healthy skin that looks refreshed and rejuvenated.

Why SkinPen® Microneedling?

SkinPen® microneedling is the newest FDA-approved microneedling technology. It is one of the only devices that has been tested and cleared by the FDA.

What are the do's and don'ts after microneedling?

For the best results, keep these do’s and don’ts in mind after your treatment:

  • Don’t pick, peel, scratch, or irritate your skin.
  • Do give your skin plenty of time to rest and recover.
  • Don’t apply makeup for at least 24 hours. 
  • Do wait at least 24 hours before washing your face.
  • Do drink water to keep your skin hydrated. 
  • Don’t use harsh or abrasive products.
  • Don’t drink alcohol, take a hot shower, use a steam room, go to the gym, or engage in strenuous activities for at least 24 hours to avoid inflammation. 
  • Do avoid direct sun exposure for at least two weeks, and always apply sunscreen.

How do you maximize microneedling results?

Following your skin care provider’s aftercare instructions is the best way to maximize your results, which includes refraining from irritating your skin, avoiding direct sunlight, and remembering to apply daily sunscreen. 

What conditions/concerns are targeted with SkinPen® Microneedling?

SkinPen® Microneedling targets acne scars, surgical scars, chicken pox scars, stretch marks, cellulite, fine lines, and wrinkles.

How long is the downtime after SkinPen® Microneedling?

It may take some time for your skin to calm down and recover from the microneedling treatment. It’s normal to experience red and flaky skin, but you should be able to resume your normal activities after a few days. 

What can I expect during my SkinPen® Microneedling session?

Your SkinPen® Microneedling session will last approximately 30-45 minutes. SkinPen® Microneedling does require a numbing cream application before your session. You will lay back and the esthetician will perform the microneedling procedure using the professional grade SkinPen® Microneedling device with your own individualized sterile needle cartridge. dermani MEDSPA® exclusively uses the SkinPen® Microneedling system. After microneedling, you can expect a slight sunburn sensation.
